Outdoor Cinema Screen Hire

We have a range of high quality, inflatable AIRscreens available for hire. They are designed for night screenings and are ideal for outdoor cinema, sporting events, special events, fundraisers and product promotions.  They are suitable for film and digital projection.

Screen Specifications

• Screen sizes range from 4m x 3m to 16m x 8m.
• Weight 100kg to 500kg (dependent on size)
• Screen fabric – non-perforated matt white
• 240v electric air pump for inflation
• Wind tolerance up to Beaufort wind scale 5 (30-38kph)
• Set up time – 1 hour (2 hours for large screens)
• Dismantle time – 1 hour

• Ground space for inflation
• Power - standard 240v
• Ground weights, pins or water-filled containers

Hirer’s Costs

• Transport from our Sydney store for locations outside metropolitan Sydney
• Hire of counterweights for large screens
• Public Liability Insurance
• Fire and theft insurance for period of hire

Rental

We provide the screen, projector, sound, lighting and labour.
