Helga's European Film Festival

One of our most effective branded events was the Helga's European Fim Festival. This four-day outdoor film festival, held in 2008 and 2009 in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, featured popular films from continental Europe and hightlighted Helga's breads European connection. The event was promoted through a Helga's micro site, the Starlight Cinema website and our respective databases. The Helga's brand was very effectively promoted during the festival with branded event signage, on-screen advertising, product sampling, client entertainment and the provision of Helga's sandwich packs to patrons who became fans of Helga's fabulous selection of breads.

Hungerford Hill Starlight Cinema

Hungerford Hill Wines association with Starlight Cinema began as a sponsorship of our 2006 North Sydney season. It extended to the grounds of it's picturesque winery in the Hunter Valley in 2007, 2008 and 2009 with short seasons of recent release films on the big screen. Coupled with the winery's restaurant dining experience, excellent wines, local produce and coffee, this outdoor cinema event raised the profile of Hungerford Hill in the Hunter Valley and with the Sydney Market. It is still a much talked about experience. 

The Last Thursday Club

Paul Jones, corporate copywriter, MC extraordinaire and co-owner of Magneto Communications, created The Last Thursday Club to build his business profile and expand his business network. High As A Keyte was engaged in 2007 to partner with Magneto to build the business, its profile and audience. We did this very effectively by moving venues, engaging high profile speakers who were relevant to the SME market and increasing ticket sales by 300%. This well-known and successful event was sold in 2009.


 

Helga's Branded Event



As our event manager, Jill helped us take the Last Thursday Club to a new level.  We found her to be a great sounding-board, sincere, reliable and extremely tenacious.  She also really understands - and lives - the customer-service ethic.
